Totally valid points. But I am not into promoting gmo fried dough in canola oil as healthy and gaslighting little fat girls into loving their fat bodies while providing false information about what's healthy. I'd rather encourage little fat girls to love their bodies in any shape but also make it very clear about the ramifications of most modern food and the benefits of what healthiest foods choices may just do for their little fat bodies.
Oh and also exercise and movement like walking, which is what our anscestors have been doing for eons.
And yes, that makes total sense about Polynesian societies... Not only did they fatten themselves but then went on being mostly sedentary on a ship for a long time. I wonder where seafood came in the picture though.
The Mainstream media says a lot of things... An image is worth a thousand words: image I could guarantee you, you won't be this genetically fat should you eat an animal based diet, Paleo or AIP and remove certain offenders like GMO soy and other things like seed oils, dyes and other synthetic and chemical crap that's all #deathculture from your body. She's not holding an apple promoting fat positivity, is she? I'd be all in if she was holding a nourishing steak though. There's a difference between nutrient dense foods and calorically dense foods. One is healthy for you. The other only makes you hungrier, starved and fatter. image
Did you read the part about exercise? It's now been a few days since I scanned through this article. I am not into reviwing it. My initial reaction stands as it was.
I am responding to your question and pointing out the gmo dough fried in canola oil piece since you ask where is it talking about that. Did you forget? If you are asking me what's wrong with churros than obviously I can not have a conversation about health with you. Maybe we start with the sugar, gmo white flour fried in canola oil piece? I don't care if it is Mexican. I don't care if it is from my country or any other culture. It still sucks. in fact, I was in my home country last year and there is a very similar fried dough powdered sugar thing people make and go around giving to their neighbors for the death of family member or for certain milestones of stuff. During the time I was there I received several dozens of them at my door. It was all tossed in the trash where it Does belong not inside a human body. Though the gaslighting nature of some people like this woman is that you try to normalize something as if she was born with it and it is genetic while stuffing your face with literal poison. If the message was - "I am fat, and I also am a food addict and emotional eater and I do love junk food but I choose to love myself anyways." "What I eat is not healthy. Being obese makes me a lot more vulnerable to disease and early death. But I do love myself despite my inability to curb my sugar and poison addiction.""My body is not healthy because of my complete inadequacy to make healthy food choices and I demonize exercise, in fact I am offended when healthy fit humans do talk about exercise and I can't curb my sugar and carbs cravings and the constant stuffing of the void inside me because of the trauma coping mechanisms I developed as a child. But at least I am trying to keep a healthy attitude about how I could love my curvy fat body while I cover up my issues with all that fat protection and the blind eye I've turned about how I am actually being suicidal, and allowed the part of me that doesn't wanna live take on the steering wheel driving high speed to the inevitable heart attack I am likely going to have at a fairly early age." I'd be ok! At least we are getting honest. As a recovering emotional eater whose never been obese but was overeating since early childhood and dealt with my own body dismorphia I don't mind the message about loving our bodies despite how they look... But I am also about not gaslighting ourselves and others and loving our bodies. Period. What you put inside your body speaks loudest of how much you love and accept your body. My home country is the fastest growing child obesity rate. Nothing genetic about it. I don't care for children to be getting indoctrinated of accepting their fat bodies but getting proper education and their parents about why they got fat and are abusing their bodies with a westernized crap diet. I don't need to write to anyone to simply voice my opinion and perception about the gaslighting nature that lives within this piece and situation. I am not obliged to explain what exactly is gaslighting about it. I am not obliged to justify why I felt like posting it either in the exact format I did. I don't have the bandwith or desire to do this service at this time. It's not my cause outside of how I am currently voicing and expressing my activism. And no it does not offend me. But you are more than welcome to write her and portray all of this if you so choose to. This woman and the health department can do what they are but that does not dismiss the gaslighting nature of it. Like I said a picture is worth a thousand words. Churros does not speak Health. It is #deathculture #obesity #disease NoT Health! Children don't need to be fat and have diabetes before the age of 10. Or 20 or ever. Yet there is an epidemic.
One of the points I got is in one of her courses she is discriminating against people who exercise or care about their weight and health. You are misunderstanding and projecting that I am hating on her. I am not. I have obese people in my life I deeply care about and love. There is no hating on her or anyone particular person. This is a cultural meme and I don't resonate with it. It's not about any one particular person captured by it. I don't care to write to her. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ But you can if you want ๐Ÿ˜‰

From what I read, it seemed to say the course she offered was around how over weight people shouldn't be made to feel bad for their weight ...and that suggestions of excersise may not be necessary for those folks. It seems to be about accepting people as they are. I've known friends in high school who was skinny one year to obese another year. It turned out one of them ate to obesity because she was being sexually abused and didn't want to look pretty so the abuse would stop. Now I am not saying this is what happend to this lady but everyone has their own issues. I just thought if you wrote to her there could be an exchange of perspectives for positive change. I don't really have an opinion about what people choose to eat or their weight.
I wrote a much longer response but my phone died before I can publish yesterday. So I have some questions for you. 1. Did you get vaccinated during "pandemic" 2. Did you wear a mask 3. What is your own diet like? 4. Do you exercise?
