These commies govt do not even understand what is a VPN. I could deploy a VPN server on a remote bare metal and they would not even understand because they only think structural and centralized. For them VPN is a bunch of companies that serve ready to connect locations. In fact they only find out you are on a VPN if the IP is on their list.
