What specific risks are you looking to avoid?
Don't think about Canada we have it worse here and I would move to the US if I could.
We have locations in the EU which are good. We were thinking about an US LLC but thats also questionable at the moment. We run an Nevis LLC
To do KYC which is still on the plate for US Iaas providers and all their resellers, maybe issues with accept cryptos
