Just made the most awesome morning coffee with my Aeropress and to kick up my Irish cream coffee I decided to try my whiskey smoker on it with apple wood......all I can say is wow. Worth a try everyone.

Picked up our half side of beef yesterday, so got busy turning the bones into fabulous bone broth. Our soups and chili will now have that secret ingredient that sets it apart from the rest.

My wife did this needle point picture for me on our anniversary. As a pilot she knew I would never own one of my favorite planes so it was her way of making my dream come true. Can't imagine the number of hours she put in to make this work of art.
