Here are the 3 pre-releases in my updates backlog.
In my case it's (update from today): Image Toolbox 3.6.2-alpha
Yes I see it as well. Sometimes I'm testing pre-releases and it's fine but for most app I stick to stable. This should be an option on app level, to get stable only or pre-release as well.
