You would need to own a domain and set up a VPS with a reverse proxy. Not the most approachable for most folks. There's also relay.tools for setting up your own relay, which simplifies this, but I am not sure if that relay will import your existing notes. I believe there is a tool out there for mass broadcasting notes to your current set of write relays, can't remember what it is. Without it, though, you would need to go to each individual note and manually rebroadcast them one by one.

Citrine on android literally took me 10 min to set up. There is also a simple privet server (no code gargin) with umbrel unfortunately you have to pay $500 for hardwar though umbrel is like a new ios device from what I could tell. You could set up a HAVEN relay (documentaion on how) But if your looking to back uo your notes and broadcast simply go to put in your npub (public key) the site will then back up all your infor to a .Json file and also broadcast to other relays automatically
