It's amazing how much we live within our own id without ever acknowledging it. This is the source of cognitive dissonance. It can take root or it can be dislodged. Either way it's a messy process. It feels very non-deterministic.
The quantum observer effect is when interaction between disentangled particles causes their respective wavefunctions to collapse into a shared state. You have to bring them together to find the state that is consistent with the rest of the universe.
A particle is a wave function. So it's really more like waves in the quantum medium that travel toward each other and collide. Out of the collision comes a new wave pattern.
Makes you wonder... ๐ค
AGI and quantum computing might actually be the same problem. Maybe intelligence arises when chaotic thoughts interact with the real world, cohere together and collapse the wavefunction.

Can we replicate this process without the use of a biological computer? ๐คจ
Maybe that's why cognitive dissonance makes you look stupid.
We are but ripples in a pond

it really do be like that
I am inconsistent even with myself.

FTFY
That's what makes it non-deterministic.
