Its a nuanced take. AI isn’t going anywhere just like the dotcom bubble didnt mean the internet wasn’t huge, it meant that the sector was full of garbage companies getting fat on people not paying attention. Nvda, open ai, coreweave, Palantir and Oracle to name a few are about to cause a major disruption when the fraudulent accounting becomes mainstream. Buckle up. 🧡👊🏻🍻

The amount of money being dumped into data centers is truly absurd. No ai company is even remotely profitable. OpenAI is an extreme example being really good at burning through money with no gameplan to become profitable. NVDA’s valuation is beyond absurd and if you pay some attention to there earnings call, it’s obvious that people are catching on. Which is why their stock dropped even after what looked like a great quarter. They are playing games similar to enron in 07.

Bitcoin hasn’t had its bubble yet. When the world fomos and the great supply squeeze happens, Bitcoin could end up 100s of times over valued. We are so used to Bitcoin being under valued that we don’t easily comprehend such a thing. All I’m saying is we haven’t seen the real bubble.

Currently I am of the opinion that OpenAI has fraudulent accounting. If they collapse it will be interesting to see what happens. But I’d imagine that xAi would come in and buy all their stuff for a fraction of the money. Realize that you have the world’s biggest companies and richest people behind this. Elon, Google, etc. They can absorb $100 billion collapse easily.
