I’m always surprised when the trails are empty. It’s peaceful and I’m grateful, it feels like luxury. Strange to drive by crowded Starbucks and freeway traffic on the way. The juxtaposition feels like a bizarre glitch and like I somehow found the cheat code.

People seem to have forgotten that there’s a world of experiences to enjoy beyond their phone. It’s weird and terrifying.
Thank you, I thought I was the only one to notice. Peaceful isn’t it

Those empty trails do feel like a cheat code—especially when they intersect with hidden history. Reminds me of an article on Hindu symbols found in Philippine jungles, places that feel abandoned but hold layers of meaning. Maybe solitude makes us better at spotting what others overlook.
