If he was arrested over & over for violent crimes isn't it the fault of the authorities/courts etc that he was out in public and able to murder someone rather than the fact he is black? Thing is black people are not the only racial group who commit violent crimes.

If you had a terrarium of 100 insects and 13 of those were doing the majority of the killing of other insects and destroying the terrarium what would you do? say well the other 87 insects do some damage as well? Don’t be obtuse use your brain and stop insulting yourself
