Why are all of you acting as if email is NOT a public means of communication? The lawyer should have used a reasonable encrypted means of delivery. Signal, Simplex, Whitenoise, Deltachat,... or at least encrypt the email. This discussion is ridiculous. You don't send a postcard and expect the content to be treated as confidential.

I disagree. The issue isn't the email, the issue is not redacting the name on the email. As ive explained elsewhere, other plebs know my real name and address. Unless there is some really weird and extraordinary circumstances, I don't ever expect any of those plebs to publish either of those bits of information.
