I think the video length has to be longer than 6 seconds. When TikTok launched it was 15 seconds and even that felt short. Now that TikTok opened the floodgates to all lengths, I think people prefer that flexibility
The 6 second format was fun for a while. But you can only do very specific kinds of “bits” in that format. Those bits are kinda played out. We need flexibility in the video length to be able to explore new “bits”

I'd rather a YT alternative. Not sure about the logistics though. I imagine everything increases with the video length.

If someone is long winded and doesn’t get to the point, people will skip the video though yeah
