Are you freaking serious mate! Nostr just continues to deliver. So you make a a request for each relay and if they are updated "enough" - they remove it?
"Mark for delition" is a request... Not a guarantee. In 3 years I haven't seen any of my deleted notes.
Might depend on which client and relays you use. Some are more forgiving than others.
You can if you use Primal? Worked for me..
