We have experienced out growing ourselves many times. In the past the typical answer was to expand, hire, reduce pricing, increase marketing and β€œscale”. Now we honestly believe that business model for single/micro entrepreneurs is not the answer. Increase your own efficiency at every possible step before bringing anyone on. We love lean practices. Dissect your process. If you still are being sold out then increase prices as a mechanism to reduce selling out but also maintaining revenue.
