Es posible que de momento sólo hayan bloqueado algunos rangos de ips. ¿Has comprobado si pasa con una VPN española, que te de una ip de otro rango?
Confirmado: sin VPN aparece el warning al dar a recibir. Con VPN, de momento, bien...
Confirmado también que recibo (vía AQSTR) inmediato en la misma wallet con VPN, y la otra refleja el saldo actualizado...
