Put that in stratum port 3. Stick you address on the end of ours, like this: 3Gk1GfP3bHA6M2ZzK5mHdqbWN1iNsqAenH.mybtcaddress 4. Your payout address will be part of #3 If you don’t have a fallback pool in mind, you can just repeat the above for that just to get it done. The #Bitaxe will likely have something pre-loaded here too, or at least something pre-loaded into the main pool config.
