Sugar is very addictive. Good luck cutting it out. Step by step…. Don’t beat yourself up about it, that likely just leads to more self loathing. I found podcasts on nutrition helpful when my diet goes off the rails, it’s most often I go off track when exhausted, then poor food reduces energy further… I think doing things to improve quality of sleep also helps.

Appreciate that, been worse since I lost my job, and been doing Uber, I deliver crap all the time and crave it, and it's cheap so I eat it, then my sleep is off and my hydration levels and everything is fucked.
