Well, after dinkin around for an hour the process keeps failing with a ‘cannot decode bolt12’ error. I suspect it is because of Phoenix wallet. Although you can add a description in the LN invoice part, it doesn’t seem to carry over to the bolt12 part. And there is no place to add such a description on the bolt12 part as I can see it.
Any thoughts? Looking forward to joining Ocean as soon as I can get this figured out.
Anyone know what Phoenix Wallet’s NPUB is? Or else I’ll write them an email.

Alas, the folks at Phoenix Wallet have not deigned to grace us with their presence on Nostr.
And you are correct, Phoenix does not work for receiving lightning payouts from OCEAN, because they don't support the description field properly.
Your option for self-custody payouts is running your own CLN node, and your custodial option is nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch.
Our fellow nostrich nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch has a guide for the latter:

I meant to tag nostr:npub15ypxpg429uyjmp0zczuza902chuvvr4pn35wfzv8rx6cej4z8clq6jmpcx on that second one, but I guess I still had Coinos' npub in my clipboard...
Far out Dude, thanks. I’ll check out Coinos. As long as I can send sats out from custody without too much fuss I’m not against it. 🙏
You absolutely can. In fact, you can set nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch to automatically send sats to any lightning address when your balance hits a threshold you decide.
