Man, what a blast from the past... I still remember waaaaay back in 2012/2013 when half the bitcoin community was constantly talking about how to use bitcoin payments in pay-for-wifi-service that we could all install on a small router appliance and place in malls and starbucks to generate an income with. We eventually learned about the issues making that impractical, but that didn't stop every shitcoin under the sun from marketing their coin as the one to offer paid wifi hotspots. What exactly has Nodogsplash solved to make this practical finally?

Nodogsplash is just a wifi captive portal. Nothing special about it. Now that we have cashu and lightning Bitcoin can do the things that it couldn't do in 2012...
