I haven't found anything Nostr related other than Nostr itself. For bitcoin, the highest signal I have found is the "Delving Bitcoin" forums.

Don't know anything about Flotilla, but my experience about such things is they emerge organically. People put stuff out there, sometimes it sticks, sometimes it doesn't.
