Bitcoiners are targets for well over a decade. Some of our friends sit behind bars, others have even been killed. Thanks to some wrong assumptions about BTC's privacy guarantees and underestimation of KYC cancer. You ignore Monero for as long as your pride doesn't get you in trouble. We all started as Bitcoiners. But we were never married to the materialised thing. We are following cypherpunk ideals that are rooted in privacy as most things derive from it. Without privacy freedom ceases to exist. And without freedom there will not be property. And without property there will not be value exchange. Sound money is the goal. Privacy is the means to achieve it.

The article is a bit clear but it seems that she was a money mule, not a whale. I'm guessing the houses she bought were for her clients, while she herself merely got a nice salary.

Why would a mule be given the whole stack at one time? Why not transfer 5-10 BTC to her at a time? It doesn't make any sense.

Well she's probably a bit more sophisticated than a regular mule, buying London real estate and such requires larger mounts. Though not billions, that's Razzlekhan level shit.
