Those are the ones that will complain no one sees their posts and/or that they don't get any likes and zaps.
Me looking at hist.nostr.land because it's the 4th relay 
Is there a bot or someway to check/advice the best relays sets for a specific npub, considering the ones he is paying, wot, ans more used and stable ones?

hist should not be on the inbox/outbox sections.
that relays is for you only and not for your followers.
... and no one will notice their complaints.

For you to use for yourself and download the posts you want or for your followers to find you?
Remember, inbox and outbox are lists for your followers to find you.
For me to check myself if some relays Inwas connected to is not working more properly, or if I am not connected to once I was and paid for.

That's a road to infinite sections.
Relays ought to just say which kinds they accept or withhold without auth.
