I hate to say much since I don’t it know many details about your situation. I will say two main thoughts I have Has her hearing been checked? My niece wouldn’t talk/couldn’t talk very well because she wasn’t hearing people and learning the way most kids would. It improved greatly with the correct therapies. High fat and medium protein with low carb diets have had great success with autism/adhd and many medical problems. It seems to work so well since fat is absolutely important for brain function. When the brain is fed properly then the other functions seem to fall into place. I am so happy she has such love to stand by her and help her succeed.
