He was not a dealer. He was charged for running the marketplace that was used to deal drugs.

So does that mean cartel drug lords aren't drug dealers just because they only employ the people who deal them? Creating a marketplace which then allows people to sell whatever they want inherently ties you to every sale. Without your marketplace that sale wouldn't have occurred. It's all semantics and Ross knows he doesn't have a case otherwise he'd have just done it instead of posting for clout and attention.
Can you think of a single judge in the United States who is likely to see it that way?
