Water season will be short this year. We're on the oldest ditch in the area and have never been shut off, but this year will test that. I flood irrigate my vineyard and don't do so often (1-2x/yr), but we have an orchard that needs it more. Additionally, I like to give the vineyard a good soak after harvest (October) because it helps for winter survival.
