That's because you're not starving. The hardest thing I found was being awake for so long & not thinking about eating. Keep busy & stay present. You got this!

It's quite an insightful & freeing experience. So I can go 3 days without food & I'll barely feel discomfort? It's very empowering to know that your body isn't as fragile as you've been led to believe. I find breaking a fast the most rewarding part. The sense of gratitude for the nutrients is almost overwhelming. Hunger truly is the best sauce!
