Okay they do collect ID if dispute happens as far as I understand that but that's not exactly KYC where everyone is obliged to provide ID. I think its very transparent about IP, Mac address etc which you can change if you want to. Which parts you dislike about their terms?

It's not a nokyc service if the tax authorities require it, they snitch.
