Modi literally told indian soldiers to use Israeli doctrine against civilians in Kashmir. Rape, torture, I discriminate killing of civilians. All in an attempt to break the Kashmiri spirit and subjugate the people. They have no human rights under the Indian government, they are treated less than second class citizens. The average Indian ks treating like second class citizens by their government, while Kashmiri are treating like vermin to be exterminated.
