My kid recently got his Driver license, but the application he has to sign has a clause that has him also agreeing to imposed military enlistment. The DMV employee didn't notice he "lined out" that clause of the contract before submitting the contract for processing. We made sure to get our own copy of the signed form so we can show he's not obligated to get on the conscription bus when they come for all the young men.

Do those agreements mean anything? If they want to draft they’ll draft, no?

Anything the govt can do without your permission, they won't ask for your permission! So, when they have you sign your consent to be drafted for war by exploiting your burning teen desire to drive a car, that means they needed your consent. The 13th Amendment outlawed slavery, and that's part of our supreme law. To make you die for your politician and his crony international businessmen is not something that stands up in court without your consent. Even if you later argue you were too dumb to understand the plain English on the DMV form you voluntarily signed. The fact that other replies here saying they'll do what they want is evidence how hopelessly brainwashed Americans are today about their Constitutional rights. No judge would agree for the record "slavery is outlawed...now get on that military bus or else!"

This is Arizona but I believe it's common and standard across all STATE OF....CORPORATE DMVs. Teach your kids to always read EVERYTHING before signing anything.
