It's a big deal to me.
Paying for stuff from my own lightning node makes me feel like a wizard.
I started asking everyone if they took Bitcoin about a decade ago. They laughed at me, but I doubled down. In 2015, I asked a lady at Costco if I could pay for my hot dog with bitcoin. I knew I couldn't, but I asked anyway. 🤣
