Sorry, I meant how do you typically set it up? What do you use to create the wallet? Do you use hardware, software, both for signing?
2-of-2 with passphrases should be the bare minimum for everyone. Anything less is risky.
Can you explain more, what is 2-of-2 with passphrases?
