Well my understanding is you can enter Canada in certain situations without a medical test for HIV. Anyway, F -> M transfer via vaginal sex is actually pretty low risk, but my paranoia which assumes the worst in people would think that she would want to accuse you of giving it to her to improve her chances of obtaining residency (even though they would easily be able to prove who had it longer). Residency is often rejected if there will be an excessive burden on the health system.
