It also tells us, that Monero works as intended. It's a very important signal. Otherwise they would let it slide and exploit it to snoop on users. Anyway, monero was already removed from CEXes in EU, so this is nothing new, and changes nothing, similar to "china banned btc!!!!1111oneoneone".
