After a couple weeks of dehydrating garden grown ingredients and cooked pasta noodles as I could get to it, I finally assembled, Mylar bagged and vac sealed some dehydrated backpacking/go bag meals. This round is beef bouillon, broccoli, and rotini pasta with onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and crushed chilis. Garlic, salt and oregano added to the flavour paks. Each one weighs in at only 25g and feeds two adults once rehydrated. They are fairly time consuming to make, but will come in handy. #prepping #gardenstr #grownostr image image image image image image image image

Yes this little commercial dehydrator is great. From Amazon. And the silicone trays are useful for re-dehydrating things that will fall through the screens. A roll of parchment paper is also good for lining the screens for some items. image image
