Yeah, we can identify a lot of groups with stereotypes. I don't have anything against any specific generation, though the boomers have been the ones to generally dismiss anything outside of an official narrative. Not all, hence the stereotyping 😛
The reason is the system worked for them. They exhausted the system resources but for them they had the correct key and it works. Still they are the generation of the revolution the experimenting, the new wave, the positivism. They were sure to be the right ones and be able to change the world. See how it changed...

I think people are becoming more grounded in cold/harsh reality as information becomes easier to share and access, and much of the information is exposing the corruption on many levels. That corruption wasn't obvious decades ago, but the effects have become quite clear and are easier to accept by the younger generations than the older ones.
The boomers had Pluto in Leo which is the sign for children, joy positivity. Gen X has Pluto in Virgo and Libra. George Washington was born with Pluto in Libra. We pay the contractors. Everything the government has come from we the people. Private property is older than government, I get your point, bur in fact government is one of the biggest violators of private property.
In their current state, we probably would. They are unbelievably wasteful and corrupted, but the system has evolved to be that way thanks to the fiat system propping it up. I'm not suggesting we don't have any governance in society, but it is much closer to a cartel than a government.

The US dollar isn’t money. It’s debt. Look at any dollar and you’ll see that it says federal reserve note at the top. Notes are debt instruments. So yeah I would literally have a lot more money without government.

WE dont pay them. We pay the government and it plans the road, hires them and pays them. Do you want to do all of that your self? A direct democracy where everything has to be done by every single individual and if people don't agree nothing gets done?

Iirc there are two rules to currency. It has to have few uses (you can't use wood because wood is useful) and it has to be limited. That is the reason bitcoin has a max ammout that will ever be issued.
