Starbucks coffee is not great, especially for the price. To me everything else is noise comparatively. It’s a subpar product at a premium price, not a sustainable combo.

I bet Starbucks also contributes to the rise of diabetes. Good riddance.
the best part of starbucks is no matter where you are in the world you can get a cup of coffee and you roughly know what to expect. the black coffee is not my favorite but atleast it’s not egregiously watered down. i cant count the times ive landed in overseas airports tired as hell and been delighted to get a shitty starbucks darkroast. i appreciate it for this niche convenience and that is all.
that said - starbucks generally sucks and has devolved into a desert factory.
Crystalized my thoughts exactly.
The best of the shittiest.
I think Starbucks is suffering from what used to be their strongest attribute, their identity. From warm inviting stores with couches and jazz music - to echoing warehouse spaces that scream "take your coffee and fuck off!" 2025 Starbucks vibe, "the person making your drink hates you..."
