Let's see, as I understand it, to be "based" means to be courageously and authentically oneself, especially when others will criticize and look down on them for it.
By that standard, pretending to be a pedophile for the approval of your peers isn't based, because that is very inauthentic.
Keeping one's pedophilia a secret and never discussing it out of a fear that people will look down on them for it is also not based.
On the other hand, a Muslim refusing to say "no I would never marry a nine year old" can be very based, especially if they would actualy marry a nine year old, and if you are judging them for it.
Does that sound accurate to you?

I believe that in the story, the age of nine was chosen because that's when Eisha had her first period. It seems to me that she was certainly old enough to have sex at that point, though I'm sure you have something irritating you'd say about whether "she was young enough that she shouldn't have had sex."
All of this is completely moot however, since girls are hotter before their first period.
