19 year olds don't know anything about anything. That's when you're just starting to learn about the real world. Can't expect a teenager to know anything that isn't taught in primary school.

BTC has been around 15/19 years even if one is woke has surely at least heard of it. That's practically all her life, why is this such a taboo subject among parents?

Yes but no one knew about it 15 years ago. Almost no one knows about it now. They've HEARD of it. But almost no one knows what it is or why it's good. The Bitcoin Overton window has to cross into their friend group or interest group. We're still in the very beginning stages.

Homeschooling my 13 year old. Just went through some 'official' material on money is, and can see that it makes no sense to him. 'You mean, they can print more money like they feel like? Will take him through the 'Bitcoin Standard' over the summer, and start paying out half his pocket money in Bitcoin each week.
