If you transfer them to an alby hub you get them back again, I think. Someone will know better than me.

Alby Hub runs on PCs (but you need the app on to send/receive zaps).
You can upgrade your getAlby Account by linking it to this Hub or some other NWC enabled wallet (like Coinos, Lifpay - from the easy/custodial ones).
