Sauna Alpha: People don’t talk enough about the body’s desire to get out.
Whatever time/temp you go with, the last 5 min. should be VERY hard.
Your body should be telling you that you really need to get out - almost involuntarily- literally a “flight response”
But you DECIDE to stay.
To breathe and to create space.
To train your “Fight Response”
The sauna is working when the hardest thing to do is nothing.
That’s when you’re doing it right.

Same thing with the gym. If the last two or three reps don’t suck ass you’re not working out hard enough.
