Access control for repo It would be nice to have a blacklist option for ngit, so that nobody can spam or troll your repo with nonsense Proposals or by fiddling with Issues, etc. An additional feature could be a whitelist, where your repo is publicly viewable, but you can define who may submit issues and proposals.
