Agreed. "People continue to underestimate the threat Bitcoin poses to the system and refuse to understand the lengths to which that system will go in neutering it." That sums it up for me. It's not possible, or credible, to simultaneously hold the position that Bitcoin replaces central banking and isn't under constant attack, be it overt or clandestine. If it's a serious threat to the biggest control system humanity has ever known, we can't afford to be apathetic or arrogantly assume it wins without defending it.

This has been the case since 2009. Bitcoin has been under constant attack ever since. It's not some new thing that mechanic etc just discovered and suddenly have a solution for.
