It seems so. But when states adapt bitcoin and abolish fiat, it would stop all problems that are based on politically expoitable money. Thus leading to positive incentives for politicians to not abuse their power. And when they would have to spend scarce resources, they would think twice about it. Promise some social wellbeing while destroying a hard reserve or keep the hard reserve and let everyone be responsible for themselves and their families and or extended families.
Yes but I am expanding on your statement by mentioning that resource management inefficiency is frequent in Democractic States (Democracy centeric governments) although I will also say that Democratic States (Regions in The United States under The Rule of The Democratic party) are also extremely incompetent if not more so than the vast majority of more homogeneous democratic systems.
