(As for the question Dan asks: hand gestures don't worry me, they've never been the biggest problem. Attacking rule of law worries me. As does incompetence, regardless of intention.)

Here's an analysis from 2013 about whether the US government could actually order a drone strike on a cafe in San Francisco. It seems the conclusion was: probably not. But I suspect these days some people might cheer such an attack on. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but if it does, some blame should go to Obama, and Congress before. Bitcoin wasn't worth that much back then.
