dust was settled within the first 2 hours
I know; I watched it live. ๐ค
I sat there & watched the fork live. It was exactly what I expected to happen, but at least I can say that I stood up & voted for what I thought was best for #Bitcoin. I still believe it would have been a better result for the miners to have soft forked, but it is what it is. ๐ซ
I have already reverted to the last version of #Knots before mandatory #BIP110 so that my node isn't stalled & I can continue to support the network. I will still never run #Core again. ๐โโ๏ธ
I will also still not be relaying any OP_RETURN transactions above 83 bytes because I still believe spam harms the network & I refuse to be an active part of the problem. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I truly hoped that #BTC would be able to find its way back to something that more closely resembles what I signed up for originally; we are still VERY FAR from grace, IMO. ๐ข
I look forward to another solution, but I also fear that this may have been our last chance to retain ownership of that which was rightfully bestowed to us by #Satoshi. ๐ญ
I guess we'll have to wait & see; tick tock, next block. ๐ค
