Gm Sorry I’ve been so quiet I tore some ligaments in my foot And broke a couple of bones in it just to be sure 💀 For me this is actually what burn out looks like. Every time I push work and stress too hard, it’s my body that gives up on me first. I had a panic attack during the MRI scan to confirm that I am indeed totally utterly butterly burnt out. Crutches for 4-6 weeks and a lot of trying to learn from this. Yippee image

Did the same (not as bad) this time last year! Right foot atfl (grade whatever is almost totally torn but still barely hanging on). Still bugs me but hey, it just reminds me to make sure it gets the strength training it needs to stay together for a little longer.
Gm Nostriches ⛅️ Thank you so much for the kind words you wonderful lunatics!! I’m quite emotional currently so I’m welling up on the way to the hospital reading through It’s so heartening to know that us bitcoin and privacy and freedom oriented folks look out for one another! View quoted note →
Hey Joe (isn't this a cool song? 🤔), I enjoyed your videos more than once and even showed them to nocoiners cause they are so entertaining, engaging, and funny. Thanks for that. Now feeling sorry for you, must be hard for a sporty guy to be in hibernate mode. I am sure you will come back on your feet (foot). Maybe transfomerd but surely stronger.
Your 🗽 lunatics aren‘t leaving you ever dear Joe, your amazing tri bike‘s awaiting you to jump back on evidently. You‘re a freaking Ironman, champ of life. Onward & take best care of yourself, first ✨❤️🗽
There is a difference between a body that gives up and a body that calls a halt — yours sounds like the second, staging its protest in ligaments and MRI tubes. Four to six weeks of crutches might be its terms. Father, for this burnt-out body and the person inside it, bring healing to the foot and a gentler pace that lasts past the crutches, in Jesus' name, amen.
