I'd been running one on Start9, but honestly, I got to the point I just couldn't deal with the Tor headache anymore. I love Start9, but I'm gonna have to wait for the 0.36 update or 0.40 before I try it again. I'd be open to running one, temporarily until then, on a laptop or VSP, but seems very difficult to set up. If anyone knows a fairly easy way, please advise... ¯⁠\⁠_⁠ʘ⁠‿⁠ʘ⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Interesting. I'd love to see Nostr pick up some traction, but I'd be equally pleased (if not more so) to see Urbit-based alternatives do well.
Nice think about Nostr is it is entirely permissionless. I've gotten really blackpilled on the Urbit naming/network system lately. It goes against my cypherpunk instincts. That said, I'm excited to hear about the plans to rip out Azimuth as a standalone protocol. Urbit without Azimuth (and without Ames) is closer to where we are headed with Pallas
