In 2019 someone contact me for a job in web3, they required 5 years of experience in the field... when I explained that it's impossible, they said: yes it is , we found some other candidates with ten years professional experience.

In clown world this is possible, almost like required.

Am I the only one who doesn’t hear this “20 years in Bitcoin trading”-thing? I don’t know the guy nor Swan, but come on guys…
