Recently my octa core 12 GB ram phone has been unbearably, unusably laggy. This seems to be directly caused by the Proton Drive app, trying to do file encryption and backup in the background. This is Yet Another Nail In The Coffin, stacking up against Proton overall, as a service and as a company.
