How I deal with stress... Music. I crank the tunes that make me jam out or distract/relax me. Watch a funny movie. Call up a friend, they're usually good at listening to me get stuff off my chest, and maybe sometimes we go grab lunch or coffee together. Clean house furiously (lol). Helps get the rage out. Go for a brisk walk and enjoy the nature & take pics along the way. Have a square of low sugar dark chocolate and some coffee or tea with it.
